Vegetables having an improved sucrose concentration and content of nutrition component such as vitamins, etc., in edible parts such as leaves, stems, roots and fruits of leaf and stem root vegetables or fruit vegetables and high qualities are obtained irrespective of a cultivation period of summer and winter by the cultivation method.
