PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit provided with a housing structure which facilitates incorporation with a device, and assembly of itself.;SOLUTION: The bearing unit comprises four or more bearings 2, 4, 6, 8, formed of a pair of bearing rings oppositely arranged so as to relatively rotate, and a shaft S extended from one end part Sb to other end part Sa, and on which one of bearing rings 22, 42, 62, 82 of the bearings are fixed, and a housing H on which the other bearing rings 24, 44, 64, 84 of the bearings are fixed. The housing has a divided structure which is integrated by assembling two structures Ha, Hb. The two or more other bearing rings of the bearings are respectively fixed on the respective structures.
