PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire model creation method, a tire model creation device, and a tire model creation program, capable of preventing increase in discretization error and numerical error, and also preventing extension of analysis time. PSOLUTION: In the tire model creation method for creating a tire model in which a tread pattern of a tire is divided to a finite number of elements, the division of the elements is performed by setting an extension line 24A of the line of a groove wall 28A of the tread pattern in a sectional view in a transverse direction of the groove of the tire, so that an angle θ1 formed by the extension line 24A and a vertical line 24 orthogonal to the line on the surface of the tread pattern 20 is smaller than an angle θ2 formed by the line of the groove wall 28A and the vertical line 24.
