PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing member, capable of exhibiting satisfactory anti-glare property, without requiring removal by vaporization of a volatile component, having an environmental load in manufacturing, irrespective of the thickness. PSOLUTION: The light-diffusing member has a laminated structure of a polymer layer and a monomer absorption layer, capable of absorbing at least one monomer component constituting the polymer, the polymer layer which is an unevenly-distributed light-diffusing particle polymer layer, containing light-diffusing particles in a form in which they are disributed unevenly on an interface opposite to the monomer absorbing layer, or in the vicinity of the interface. In the light-diffusing member, the vicinity of the interface opposite to the monomer absorption layer is, preferably, an area within 50% relative to the total thickness, in the thickness direction from the interface opposite to the monomer absorption layer.
