DNA aptamers that have a specific binding to the 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA aptamer simply detecting an 8-OHdG (8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine) using a stable substance. PSOLUTION: The DNA aptamer is composed of a specific base sequence and has specific binding properties to the 8-OHdG. The DNA aptamer is utilized as a stress marker for evaluating the stress of a mammal. That is, a step of collecting urine of the mammal, a step of bringing the urine into contact with the fluorescent labeled DNA aptamer and a step of measuring the fluorescent label are carried out to thereby evaluate the stress of the mammal.
