PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder for a bond magnet, which shows a good flow property, is excellent in orientation property in injection molding, shows a good squareness and yields a bond magnetic with highSBi/SBHSBc/SBandSBb/SBHSBc/SB, and to provide a resin composition for a bond magnetic, which contains the Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder, and the bond magnetic. PSOLUTION: The Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder has an oil absorption of 8-13 ml/100 g, a compressed density (CD) of 4.20-4.60 g/cc and Hk/Hcj of 40-70% and can be obtained by treating a Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder having an oil absorption of 11.0-15.0 ml/100 g and a compressed density (CD) of 4.00-4.30 g/cc in a wet jet mill or a high-pressure homogenizer.
