PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: Sm-Fe-N magnetic particle power for a bond magnet excellent in rust resistance and fluidity; a resin composition for the bond magnet containing the Sm-Fe-N magnetic particle power; and the bond magnet. PSOLUTION: In the Sm-Fe-N magnetic particle power coated with a phosphoric compound and surface-treated with a silicon compound containing silica derived from alkoxyoligomer blocked with an alkoxyl group at its molecule terminal as a principal component and a silane coupling agent, the elusion amount of Fe is 10 mg/L or less.
