PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bite-in type pipe connection structure of integrating a ferrule into a joining member while having an advantage when using two independent ferrules, and a valve, a bite-in type pipe joint, and a refrigerating apparatus using the structure.;SOLUTION: The ferrule 3 is positioned by interposing a space part 32 of a predetermined distance in the axial direction to a pressing surface 25 formed in the joining member 2, and is connected to the joining member 2 via a first thin part 4 forming a surface shape in the substantially radial direction. In the ferrule 3, a first notch 35 being a cutout part from the axial side is formed in an intermediate part in the axial direction, and a second thin part 37 is formed between the first notch 35 and an outer peripheral surface of the ferrule 3. The first thin part 4 and the second thin part 37 are cut in a fastening process of the joining member 2. In a process on and after its cutting, a front side part 3B in front of the second thin part 37 is made to function as an independent front ferrule, and a rear side part 3A in the rear of the second thin part 37 is made to function as an independent back ferrule, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
