SOLUTION: Concerning the energy saving service providing method, present power consumption is found concerning the facility of a user, who desires energy saving and owns an object load facility, and the service provider controls the rotating speed of an inverter by installing the inverter or inverter and a motor or the like in the said object load facility, finds merit charges on the basis of a difference between the present power consumption and power consumed by operating the inverter and distributes the said merit charges while reflecting contents predetermined between the user and the service provider with the merit charges.
