PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis device for brain blood vessel, capable of efficiently detecting brain blood vessel disorder especially, and predicting future onset tendency in accordance with an abnormality part in the brain blood vessel by correlating the brain blood vessel with brain functions, and a medical image diagnosis device provided with this brain blood vessel diagnosis device. PSOLUTION: A head image split part 251 splits an input three-dimensional head image by the brain function, and outputs each split three-dimensional head image for each brain function to a brain blood vessel image extracting part 252a. The brain blood vessel image extracting part 252a extracts a brain blood image from each three-dimensional head image split by the brain function to be output to an abnormality detecting part 252b. The abnormality detecting part 252b detects the abnormality part (such as narrowing) in the brain blood vessel image, and outputs the result to an onset tendency predicting part 253.
