PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxanethio-block vinyl copolymer that has a light environmental load, exerts little influence on the human body, exhibits excellent antifouling properties and persistency thereof and can form an antifouling film excellent in mechanical strength, and an antifouling coating composition comprising the copolymer. PSOLUTION: The organopolysiloxanethio-block vinyl copolymer comprises [A] a polymerizable group-containing polyether-modified silicone block, [B] a polyoxyalkylene group-containing vinyl copolymer block and [C] an organopolysiloxanethio-block and has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 1,000-400,000 as measured by GPC.
