PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and operable rotary form cutter device capable of cutting three edges of a stack of paper sheets with a simple motion mechanism and reducing the space for the device.;SOLUTION: A stack of paper sheets 11 is aligned and mounted on a rotary table 15, which is rotated by 90 degrees. Then, a cutter unit 17 with a cutting blade 17b engaged with a screw shaft 17h rotated by a motor is moved to an end of the stack of paper sheets 11 rotated by 90 degrees, and the tail edge 11d, the bolt 11c, and the head 11b of the paper sheets 11 are cut.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
