PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which reduce an operation load and suppresses operation time in appraising falsification of an image on a paper medium.;SOLUTION: An image on an original paper medium based on a typical form is read with a scanner 2270 and featured values of a variable area 602 in the read image are extracted and stored in an ID management part 2380. Furthermore, an image on a paper medium to be appraised based on the typical form is read with the scanner 2270 and featured values of the variable area 602 in the read image are extracted. An appraisal part 2390 refers the featured values to the featured values stored in the ID management part 2380 and appraises whether or not there is the falsification in the image on the paper medium to be appraised.
