P To obtain a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating skin diseases, preferably, the skin diseases accompanied with allergic reactions, capable of achieving effective improvement, exhibiting significant availability, and containing epinastine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and one or more kinds of additional anti-H1-histamines other than the epinastine or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts as pharmacologically active compounds and to provide a dosage form thereof in an administrative amount. PSOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition for treating the skin diseases contains (a) the epinastine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and (b) one or more kinds of the additional anti-H1-histamines other than the epinastine.
