PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell electromotive current distribution measurement device and a cell electromotive current distribution measurement method capable of correctly recreating partial electromotive force in electromotive force obtained from all surfaces of a cell. PSOLUTION: This fuel cell electromotive current distribution measurement device 70 is provided with: a plurality of probe pins 35 distributed and arranged in contact with a surface of a fuel electrode-side separator 3; a reference probe pin 35a arranged alone; a potential distribution measurement part 44 for detecting respective potentials between the plurality of probe pins 35 and the reference probe pin 35a; fuel electrode-side extraction wires 3b and an air electrode-side extraction wire 6a output by routes different from those of the probe pins 35, the reference pin 35a and the potential distribution measurement part 44 to extract electromotive force of the fuel cell 10; a personal computer 42 for calculating an electromotive current distribution on the surface of the fuel electrode-side separator 3 based on the respective potentials between the plurality of probe pins 35 and the reference probe pin 35a by the potential distribution measurement part 44; and a power-collecting frame 3d.
