PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for surface enhanced vibration spectroscopic analysis having excellent detection sensitivity even to laser light having the intensity to the degree of not damaging a sample, and having a long lifetime, and its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: This probe for the surface enhanced vibration spectroscopic analysis has characteristics wherein the probe is formed so as to have a cantilever style, and a plurality of metal particles are dispersed inside the probe, and the plurality of metal particles are disposed from the probe surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
