PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining condition optimization device applicable to extensive machining, and accurately perform optimization of machining conditions at high speed.;SOLUTION: In the machining condition optimization device 1, a control part 3 performs simulation of machining resistance to form a machining resistance database 29. The control part 3 then calculates a processing pattern from tool route information, and predicts a machining resistance in reference to the machining resistance database 29.
