PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fill a capsule body with a predetermined number of flat tablets in a flat state by effectively preventing the flat tablets from forming in an upright state.;SOLUTION: A plurality of the flat tablets are held in storing holes by holding a peripheral edge of the flat tablet t at the lowest position by a lower end part of the storing hole 211.
