PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake emergency system for an elevator, using the concurrent multiple address distributing service of urgent earthquake news given by a cellular phone company for changing over the elevator into earthquake emergency operation to perform operation check easily as necessary.;SOLUTION: A cellular phone terminal 14 and a control terminal 15 are installed on an elevator installation site building 7. The cellular phone terminal 14 has a test request processing part 26 for outputting test news to the control terminal 15 when receiving a test request. In a center 17, there are provided a test request transmitting part 38 for outputting the test request, a data storage part 39 storing access information for accessing the installation site building 7, and a transmission request determining part 40 for making the test request transmitting part 38 output the test request in accordance with the access information when receiving a transmission request.
