PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for actualizing stable operation, an offset paper discharger having the same, and an image forming device.;SOLUTION: The drive device 86 comprises a tooth lacking gear 90 having a tooth lacking portion 90b whose teeth partially lack, a rotationally driving gear 92 for transmitting driving force to the tooth lacking gear 90, and a driven part 93 to be driven via the tooth lacking gear 92 by driving force transmitted from the driving gear 92.
