PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper guide adjusting mechanism capable of enhancing image quality by reducing occurrence of inclined paper sheets to the minimum.;SOLUTION: This paper guide adjusting mechanism includes a main body 2315, a plurality of elastic elements 2312, a transmission member 2313, a plurality of fixing elements and a pressing plate. The main body includes a plurality of confining elements each equipped with a recess structure. The transmission member includes a roller axle and a plurality of rollers, the roller axle is partially received in the recess structure and the roller is sheathed around the roller axle. The fixing element is arranged in the respective recess structures of the confining element. The each fixing element is provided with a base part which has a surface sustained by a corresponding elastic element and a rear surface sustained by the roller axle.
