PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examinee who has a driving aptitude diagnosed with a diagnosis result which can easily and appropriately be understood. PSOLUTION: A control unit 9 uses detected determination time and motion time to calculate driving aptitude evaluation value according to a preset arithmetic operation expression, generates image data for displaying, in a diagnosis result display area divided by a first axis with the determination time as a parameter and a second axis intersecting the first axis with the motion time as a parameter, a boundary representing the driving aptitude evaluation value to be a threshold for aptitude determination for driving and a diagnosis result display point corresponding to the determination time detected by a determination time detecting means and the motion time detected by a motion time detecting means, and outputs evaluation value data indicating the calculated driving aptitude evaluation value and the generated image data from an input/output part 8.
