PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus matching with various liquid-liquid extraction or solid-liquid extraction and capable of conducting the repeated extraction for attempting the efficiency of the liquid-liquid extraction or solid-liquid extraction, and to provide a kit and its using method. PSOLUTION: In the apparatus for the liquid-liquid exchange or solid-liquid exchange dispense extraction by combination of high-density liquid and low-density liquid forming two layers which are not mixed with each other, it has a column having a space to conduct the exchange dispense reaction of the solute in the liquid-liquid interface, an opening in the upper part for injecting both liquids into the space and an opening which can be closed in order to discharge one of liquids and being equipped with a porous material which has a strong affinity with the liquid to be discharged from the lower part of the apparatus and has weak affinity with the liquid to be retained in the space of the column between the opening in the lower part and the space to conduct the exchange dispense reaction of the solute.
