PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed and efficient recognition processor by preventing a recognition rate from being largely damaged without making it necessary to perform the overall retrieval of a high load in each frame in symbol graphic recognition from a moving image.;SOLUTION: This recognition processor is configured to associate a recognition graphic template with a moving image for learning of photographic conditions similar in the case of recognition, and to collect parameter distribution information such as the location of each symbol or geometrical deformation, and to obtain the correlation and layout distribution of a plurality of sets of symbols to be simultaneously confirmed for constructing a host learning model, and to set retrieval priority from each parameter distribution acquired as the result of learning in the case of recognition, and to narrow down the retrieval range for matching, and to detect each symbol, and to collate the detected set of symbols with the host learning model in consideration of detection omission for judging an object phenomenon or object occurrence in the case of recognition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
