PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current prediction method which predicts the current that flows in a circuit readily and in a short period of time when each buffer is actuated by changing the switch timing.;SOLUTION: The current prediction device is provided with a circuit simulation part 210 which carries out a circuit simulation based on circuit information 240, a current calculation part 232 which calculates the current based on an analysis result 280 of the circuit simulation part 210 and delay information 250, and a current evaluation part 234 which evaluates the current based on the current calculated at the current calculation part 232 and an allowed current value 270 and outputs an evaluation result 290.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
