Method and system for tracking product data of product mass flow in the transport storage area of the tobacco processing industry

The method involves producing product data sets, where each set corresponds to approximately equal portions of a product mass flow entering a transport section (12). The product data sets are written into corresponding memory units of a first-in-first-out stack memory. The product data sets corresponding to the product mass flow emerging from the transport section are read from the memory. An independent claim is also included for a system for tracking product data for a product mass flow in a transport storage section of a tobacco-processing industry.
