PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage a use state of a seat of a train in consideration of operability of a system and a change of vehicle organization, and seat movement of a user.;SOLUTION: An in-train seat management system 100 includes this train number correspondence management device 200 for each train 120. The train number correspondence management device 200 obtains information indicating the use state of each seat 130 equipped in one's own car from an on-seat device 140 corresponding to each seat 130. The train number correspondence management device 200 periodically transmits by broadcasting a management table indicating the use state of each seat 130 inside the own car, and receives a management table transmitted by broadcasting from a train number correspondence management device 200 of another train number. Thereby, the train number correspondence management devices 200 of the respective cars 120 share the mutual management tables.
