PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create learning data from image data collected on the Web without human assistance.;SOLUTION: A learning data creation device determines a cluster having a small number of area image distributions from the area image classification status for clusters based on the number of area images belonging to each of the clusters, and removes area images belonging to the cluster from the image data, so as to create learning data. Thus, image areas without commonality throughout images are removed, and image areas (objects indicating a keyword) with commonality among the images are left in the learning data created from the image data collected by keyword retrieval.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
