PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid filled tank which is provided with a filter membrane for gas venting, simplifies a connecting part connecting an extraction pipe and an extraction port of the chemical liquid filled tank, has a simple structured tank container, and can surely prevent liquid leakage, and a sterile water generator and a chemical liquid extraction method using the tank.;SOLUTION: In the sterile water generator equipped with the tank filled with a chemical liquid generating a volatile gas for sterile water generation, a membrane installed in the chemical liquid filled tank 1 is used both as the filter membrane for gas venting and a partition membrane of the extraction port into which the extraction pipe 21 for connecting a sterile water generator body 5 is inserted.
