PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow application of an affiliate program corresponding to a plurality of kinds of terminal devices by only sticking and setting an affiliate link to screen information of a Web page or the like, and to provide transaction screen information of a purchase page or the like corresponding to the plurality of kinds of the terminal devices.;SOLUTION: The affiliate link is set with position designation information for the affiliate program for designating an acquisition position of the transaction screen information correspondingly to the plurality of kinds of the terminal devices.
