Badlands NGLs, LLC, told FERC in a new comment filed on September 16, that a motion to consolidate submitted September 1 by Alliance Pipeline LP (RP15-1022, RP16-581) gives the “false impression that the requested consolidation is required” in order for the Commission to act on a contested Stipulation and Agreement that Alliance filed on 7/7/16.11 Alliance's motion to consolidate is “puzzling” to Badlands because it is “oddly timed,” wholly unsupported, unnecessary for the Commission to consider Alliance's stipulation, and would not facilitate the efficient use of the Commission's resources, declared the liquids processor.
