The antenna has an electromagnetic wave supply section and a radiation output surface (10) at the opposite ends of a circular waveguide. The diameter value of the radiation output surface, the wavelength value of the center frequency of used frequency bands and a value which is half of antenna opening angle, are adjusted to a predetermined range such that the values satisfy a given relationship.
