PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imide salt containing a new onium salt applicable as a reaction solvent required in the field, etc., to which organic synthesis belongs and an electrolyte, etc., required in the field of electrochemistry.;SOLUTION: The nitrogen-containing perfluoroalkanesulfonate is represented by general formula (1) (wherein, C⁺ is an onium cation; R_f¹ and R_f² are each same or mutually different and each a 1-5C perfluoroalkyl group and both are bound directly or through an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom and may form a heterocyclic ring together with the nitrogen atom to which both are bound; and R_f³ represents a 1-4C branched or linear perfluoroalkylene group).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
