PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphine inclusion type amphipathic dendrimer which is useful as a phosphine ligand used as a raw material for organic metal complex catalysts for organic syntheses in water, has a hydrophilic group at the terminal of the dendrimer, and has a phosphine skeleton in the core portion.
