PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid curing cement concrete for execution of a tunnel by pouring into a mold frame of the tunnel, suitable for execution for repairing exposed surfaces of mountains and tunnels. SOLUTION: The rapid curing cement concrete comprises cement concrete containing a setting modifier comprising hydrated limes, organic acids, gypsum, and a water reducing agent, and a rapid curing material composed of rapid curing components and a retarder. Furthermore, it is desirable that the setting modifier is a slurry containing water, the rapid curing component is calcium aluminates, and the rapid curing material contains gypsum and further the rapid curing slurry containing water is preferable. The rapid curing cement concrete, which is prepared by mixing the setting modifier and the rapid curing material containing rapid curing components and a retarder, is characterized by execution of tunnels by successively pouring into the mold frame.
