PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in prior art of an oilless type vane pump type wherein a high degree of vacuum or a high compression pressure can be retained by pressing a rotating carbon vane against a casing inner circumference face and carrying out sliding rotation, but due to friction of pressure contact, a casing wall surface becomes hot, noise is large, and there are many constraints to continuous operation by a high pressure, and since carbon impalpable powder is caused from friction of the carbon vane, it is easily accumulated in a piping system continuous with the pump.;SOLUTION: A circular tooth form used as the composite assembly type rotor is not pressed against the casing inner circumference face, and the pump rotating at high speed while retaining a very small gap, retaining a high pressure, and having a large feeding capacity can be provided. The composite assembly type rotor is assembled by an internal bolt, and a rigid joining means easily replaceable by an attachment side plate and not causing loosening.
