PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate packing pallet and a glass plate packing body which are stored in a general-purpose transporting container while maintaining well loading efficiency of large glass plates.;SOLUTION: The glass plate packing pallet 1 is equipped with: a base part 3 which is arranged on the lowest part so as to support a plurality of glass plates G stacked in a vertical posture from a lower side and has fork insertion parts 6 with forks of a forklift being inserted therein; a back face part 4 rising from a back side of the base part 3 for supporting the glass plates G from the back side; and a pedestal part 5 installed in an engagement with the base part 3 and/or the back face part 4 to receive lower side portions of the glass plates G.
