PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition whose adsorption to a contact lens of Ketotifen is suppressed, and to provide a method of suppressing adsorption to the contact lens.;SOLUTION: Adsorption to the contact lens of Ketotifen to input next is largely suppressed, by using a composition containing one from among a group consisting of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, and sodium thiosulfate, and also Ketotifen or its salt, and polyalcohol.
