PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-accurate human body exposure evaluation method of an environmental pollutant using a metabolite from nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) in human urine as a biomarker.;SOLUTION: This method is characterized by measuring a metabolite concentration of 1-nitropyrene in urine by using LC-MS/MS(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry) analysis method with the biomarker formed by taking into a body, nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) which is one of environmental pollutants.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
