PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack type moisture-curable composition and a sealing material composition which are easily produced, are preserved stably, are cured with moisture to become a rubber-like elastomer that has high tensile strength, high elongation and low modulus, are excellent in adhesiveness, a surface staining preventing effect and weather resistance, and have a sufficiently large irregular reflection of light and a matte and roughened appearance with a relatively large uneven pattern.;SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises a resin containing cross-linking silyl groups and an amine. The resin containing cross-linking silyl groups can be obtained by the reaction of (meth)acrylic-based polyol (except for poly(meth)acrylic-based polyol containing fluorine), which has a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-30,000, has a Tg of less than or equal to 0°C, and has viscosity of less than or equal to 100,000 mPa×s/25°C, a polyoxyalkylene polyol, and an isocyanate compound containing cross-linking silyl groups.
