PSOLUTION: The device is provided with a hard disk drive 24 for storing contents, a CPU 20 of a content player 3 for recording a non-reproducing state, a reproduction completed state or a reproduction suspended state of contents corresponding to the contents or adding storage information for storing contents corresponding to the contents, and a CPU 10 of a personal computer 2 for deleting contents according to reproduction history information or storage information.
