PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture member for stripping sand from a casting which is used for stripping sand from castings with sand different in shapes, and with which a steep rise in equipment cost is prevented and the frequencies of maintenance of the equipment can be reduced.;SOLUTION: The fixture member is fitted to the surface side for hitting the casting A and the surface side for receiving the casting when the sand is stripped by giving vibration with the hitting of a hammer means to the casting A with the sand. The fixture member comprises: a fixture plate 11 at the upper surface side of the casting, having members 11a-11c arranged so as to match with a prescribed holding down position and size of the casting A; and a fixture plate 21 at the receiving surface side of the casting, having members 21a-21c arranged so as to match with the prescribed holding down position and size of the casting A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
