PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material having good appearance and considering environmental protection, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide an internal trim material, a clothing material and an industrial material each using the sheet-like material. PSOLUTION: The sheet-like material is such that a nonwoven fabric composed of extrafine fibers having an average fineness of 0.001-0.5 dtex contains a polymeric elastomer mainly consisting of a nonionic self-emulsifiable polyurethane, wherein the polymeric elastomer contains an inorganic pigment, and the nonionic self-emulsifiable polyurethane has a crosslinked structure with siloxane bond in its molecular structure.
