PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common voltage adjustment circuit of a liquid crystal display device in which a common voltage is easily corrected, the danger of breakage is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced by making it possible to adjust the common voltage through software by using a surplus pulse-width modulated signal generated by a liquid crystal peripheral main board without adding any extra hardware such as a variable resistinace.;SOLUTION: The common voltage adjustment circuit is equipped with a pulse signal generation means of outputting the pulse-width modulated signal in response to an up/don signal for adjusting the common voltage, a smoothing means of smoothing the pulse-width modulated signal from the pulse signal generation means to a DC level, and an amplification means of amplifying the signal smoothed by the smoothing means with a specified level and outputting a common signal signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
