PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically stable new glycero compound having one or two triple bond, etherified one molecule of glycerol with one or two molecules of a fatty alcohol having one triple bond where the other hydroxy group of the glycerol is bonded with an organic group, being enabled to become such a membrane material as membrane endoplasmic reticulum by having a high associative power; and to provide a membrane-forming material containing the same.;SOLUTION: The glycero compound having a triple bond is represented by formula (1) (in the formula, n and m are each a number of 1-18 where the total of (n+m) is a number of 4-17, and are the same or different; and R is a hydrogen atom, phosphoric group, an organic group or an organic group through a phosphoric group).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
