PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet having excellent laser arc hybrid weldability in which production of blow holes upon laser arc hybrid welding can be suppressed.;SOLUTION: The steel sheet having excellent laser arc hybrid weldability has a composition comprising, by mass, 0.04 to 0.21% C, 0.05 to 0.5% Si, 0.30 to 1.8% Mn, 0.002 to 0.08% Al and 0.001 to 0.04% O, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in which, among the inevitable impurities, the content of P is regulated to ≤0.025% and the content of S is regulated to ≤0.015%, and, further, provided that the content of the Al content(%) is defined as [Al], the content(%) of non-solid solution Al as [insol.Al] and the Si content(%) as [Si], numerical expression (A) and numerical expression (B) are satisfied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
