A method and a system for laser-arc hybrid welding of galvanized sheet steels are provided to implement welding of high quality by suppressing the generation of spatter, thereby preventing pores or blow holes from being formed in welding portions of the galvanized sheet steels. A method for laser-arc hybrid welding of galvanized sheet steels comprises the steps of: aligning a plurality of galvanized steel sheets at a welding position; and performing arc discharge and then performing laser welding on welding portions of the galvanized sheet steels. A system(A) for laser-arc hybrid welding of galvanized sheet steels comprises: a laser generating part(2) comprising a laser irradiator(24) installed perpendicularly to a predetermined bracket(22) to irradiate a laser beam; a transfer roller(3) installed below the laser irradiator; and an arc discharge part(4) installed such that an irradiation point is formed at a more front side toward a welding proceeding direction than the laser generating part.
