INSTALLATION FOR CATCHING SOFT-SHELL CLAM

In accordance with the useful model, the installation for catching soft-shell clam provides increased yield of soft-shell clam without involvement of specially trained personnel. It includes a metal basket (1), the walls of which are formed as grids, pump (4) mounted on a boat or ship (5) and jets (7), connected to the pump (4) by means of flexible pipe. The basket (1) is mounted on sliders (2), while the pump (4) is a water pump and the nozzles (7) are mounted at a distance from each other on the front of the scoop device (8) attached to the front end of the basket bottom (1). The openings of the nozzles (7) are angled down toward the bottom of the water basin and the height-adjustable connection (3) located at the front end of the basket (1) is attached to lifting chains (10) connected to a lifting device (11) fitted on the boat or the ship (5), while the rear wall of the basket (1) is shaped as moving cover (12).
