Portable system that allows to determine the elemental chemical composition of color Centers, the Crystalline phase and the Internal structure for the non-destructive identification of Gems through non-destructive Analysis and obtained a simultaneous in situ x-ray fluorescence Spectrum (XRF) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) or XRF Spectra and Local Independent radiographic Images.The system uses an x-ray Tube, an x-ray COLLIMATION System of multiple Primary side (3) and (4), a Movable Frame (8) with semi - goniometer, a Positioning System for the selection of the region of analysis, a mirror and an energy dispersive x-ray detector (2) x-ray Energy Dispersive Spectroscopic Techniques for,Before going on the excitation and detection of the object analyzed. It includes a vacuum Cavity for the analysis of Light Elements, a Scanning System, an optical Gain and a Carrier object. The three types of Analysis above can be performed in situ in various Paintings and Museum objects.
