Self-expandable biologically degradable stent (1) comprising a base structure made of braided biodegradable fibers, where the core polymer fiber (2) with X-ray contrast filler is wrapped with another polymer or the core polymer fiber (2) is provided with a uniformly dispersed X-ray contrast substance, or the core polymer fiber ( 2) is coated with a polymer in which the X-ray contrast substance is uniformly dispersed. Furthermore entangled fibers of the ready base structure of the stent (1) coated with a dispersion of a filler with X-ray contrast substance and a polymer, thereby providing the base structure of the stent (1) with a biologically degradable foil (3) in which the active substance is encapsulated, wherein the active agents are drugs, proteins , enzymes, genes, stem cells, radioactive substances for the local treatment of tumors. The invented process for producing biodegradable samoexpandabilního stent (1) with the core polymer fiber (2) with X-ray contrast filler is wrapped with another polymer or the core polymer fiber (2) is provided with a uniformly dispersed X-ray contrast substance, or the core polymer fiber (2) coated with a polymer, wherein the X-ray contrast substance is uniformly dispersed. Entangled fibers of the ready base structure of the stent (1) are coated with a dispersion of filler with X-ray contrast substance and a polymer, thereby providing the base structure of the stent (1) with a biologically degradable foil (3) in which the active substance is encapsulated. After measures rentgenkontrastním filler, a stent (1) is subjected to heat treatment, whereupon the coated biodegradable elastic foil (3) made of a biodegradable rentgenkonstratního fiber containing a drug and thus prepared stent (1), the second thermally treated, whereupon it is again fitted with a further thin biodegradable film with containing different pharmaceuticals.
