The invented process for producing biodegradable samoexpandabilního stent (1) with the core polymer fiber (2) with X-ray contrast filler is wrapped with another polymer or the core polymer fiber (2) is provided with a uniformly dispersed X-ray contrast substance, or the core polymer fiber (2) coated with a polymer, wherein the X-ray contrast substance is uniformly dispersed.
